We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our fun and vibrant Recruitment Team.
This is an opportunity to partner with hiring managers in our business to:
- Provide up front strategic sourcing advice across a wide variety of roles eg. customer facing, high volume, specialist, and leadership roles
- Provide support to Hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Support delivery of ongoing improvements to our recruitment processes
- Support the delivery of our strategic priorities through our approach to recruitment, eg. Diversity and Inclusion

He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone that is customer focused, adaptable, willing to learn and have experience working within an internal recruitment team and proven experience partnering with internal teams to achieve a common goal. But most importantly, you will be a collaborative team player with great communication skills.
You will build effective relationships and partner with Hiring Managers to build capability and recruit effectively as well as strengthen our overall employer brand.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience:
- Internal recruitment experience
- Good understanding of NZ recruitment market
- Good working knowledge of Application Tracking Systems eg. Springboard
- Proven experience partnering with internal teams to achieve a common goal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly developed organisational and planning skills
- A commitment to building your Māori capability
Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $70,518 and $97,908 based on skills and experience.
