**Who are we looking for?**
We’re looking for a self-motivated and driven go-getter to work with us as an independent Sales Consultant. If you thrive on being challenged, have exceptional communication skills, know how to manage your time and are driven by delivering exceptional results for your clients, you’ll fit right in.
Ideally, you'll have some sales experience, but we are open to motivated self-starters who are keen to learn.
**What’s in it for you?**
As an independent Sales Consultant with HRV, you’ll have the autonomy and flexibility to do what is needed to get the results you are looking for. Your drive and tenacity will be rewarded with a retainer and a healthy, uncapped commission structure with OTE of $80-$100k - the more you sell, the more you are rewarded.
Qualified leads are provided to you every day and you’ll have a portfolio of existing clients to own. We have a dedicated team of fantastic customer service consultants who generate and book appointments for you. This means you can focus on what you do best, building relationships and sales
