Training,coaching and mentoring happens every day, but in return you need to be engaged, have the right attitude and be prepared to face the market head on. You will be operating in the Blue/White collar perm space where experience is essential. You will need to show how you manage the desk, your time and create outcomes that keep you above the line.A true end to end role.

What makes a great consultant with our client, you need to be sales orientated and account management savvy. They need naturally self-motivated consultants who will become leaders and high performers. You will have a proven track record in end to end recruitment when it comes to perm. or a strong track record in temporary recruitment. You will understand and be able to prove your ability to deliver,and have the numbers to back it up.

Best person for this position is someone who has history, likes working for an established brand that is Kiwiana through and through, and you that you thrive on the great daily recruitment merrygoround. The rest is easy, obvious self management skills, someone who can prioritize their time well, and is sales engaged as a matter of course. Delivery is the key and you will be someone who is dedicated to being the best recruiter on the block.
