**About the role**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly organised and dynamic individual to join our Penrose office. You'll be attracting, sourcing, selecting and managing our future talent, delivering on crucial recruitment needs as efficiently as possible. You will be a quick thinker, have an upbeat personality and a flair for great process and relationship-building with key members of the Operations Teams.

You will also be able to work with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement a Recruitment and Retention strategy.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand upcoming business needs
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefs, assisting with PD updates, drafting advertisements, screening through Avature, selection, interviews, references and offer management
- Supporting a practical onboarding experience through coordination with relevant team members
- Build talent pools and recruitment and retention strategies

- Experience managing high-volume recruitment preferred
- Sales Consultants with proven sales records are encouraged to apply
- Super organised, able to prioritise and manage workload effectively with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
