We’re looking for someone with:

- A strong drive to foster a positive team culture, to continue to provide an environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in manager role
- Full New Zealand Teacher Registration ensuring you meet the professional standards.
- A genuine warmth and passion for children, as well as a caring nature that shines through in everything you do.
- A team player, who works well with others and regularly reflects on best practices to continuously improve.
- Sound knowledge of Te Whāriki, and the ability to integrate it into your teaching practice.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a can-do attitude, ready to tackle any challenge with enthusiasm.

Pay: $101,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
