**The opportunity**

We have a great opportunity to join our People Experience team in a permanent role. As the People Experience Coordinator, you’ll support the operations of the wider PX team and be the first point of contact for our team members. This is an exciting role that will allow you to explore many areas of HR giving you lots of variety and opportunities for development.

**The role**

In this role you’ll be supporting the wider PX team and be involved in administration and coordination across the full range of activities that impact the people experience; from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, health and safety, performance, engagement, reporting. the list goes on

You’ll be an integral part of the team and can look forward to soaking up the knowledge of our wider team, finding an area that you are passionate about exploring as you grow your career.

You’ll be a confident, resilient professional with a passion for positively impacting the people experience for employees within the organization. Our ideal person will have a strong desire for a career in HR and the ability to build strong relationships and credibility in a short period of time. Importantly, you’ll have a willingness to bring fresh ideas and challenge the status quo

Also:

- 1-2 years’ previous experience in a similar role
- A focus on attention to detail and quality
- You’ll be solutions driven and tech savvy
- You believe in the importance of stellar customer service
- You’re confident and experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite; and
- You’re a quick learner who uses your initiative
