We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **People Coordinator.**

As part of our People Partnering team, you will support the team to deliver a best-in-class people experience by being across all administrative elements of the people function.

**Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, your key functions will include**:
Recruitment
- Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening as required.

Onboarding
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and packs, including employee contracts, benefits enrolment forms, and other relevant documents.

Employee Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and our HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and confidentiality of employee information.

People Policies and Compliance:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of people policies and procedures.
- Support the management of functions such as fleet, mobile phones etc in conjunction with the front of house team, to ensure a seamless working experience for team members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR metrics and compliance.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- An HR qualification would be preferred but not a deal breaker.
- A passion for improving people experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
