Key responsibilities:
This challenging and rewarding role will be responsible for the following.
- Sales Support and document processing- Building strong client relationships- Providing support for our TNZ direct customers- Looking after customer sales enquiries upon completion of training- Maintaining an accurate database of prospects and customers- Prospecting daily for new opportunities- Learning and gaining a full understanding of the motor industry over all departmentsDesired competencies, personal skills and experience:

- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service- Sales background or previous experience would be an advantage, but not necessary- Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always put first- Good communication skills, both written and verbal- Outgoing, energetic and confident- Self motivatedAs we are a 6 day a week business some weekend work will be required. Saturdays only.
