A little about you:

- Great communicator both verbally and written.- Computer Savvy.- Self motivated individual with the initiative to get things done.- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.- Customer service experience within a sales background or similar.- Strong attention to detail.- Full drivers license (ability to drive manual preferred but not necessary).**Responsibilities**:

- Sales support and document processing.- Meeting and greeting customers.- Assisting with vehicle deliveries.- Maintaining accurate database.- Ensuring the vehicle is in perfect (Toyota showroom standard) condition for customer deliveries.- Updating of vehicle logs and spreadsheets.- Tracking stock production and arrivals.- Stocking/tracking/reporting all new car stock.- Ensuring delivery times meet expected timeframes.- Ensuring advertisement photos and marketing is kept up to date for New Vehicles.As we are open 7 days a week, weekend work is required, however we operate on a fair rotating roster.
