**About the role**:
This is a permanent role. No one day will be the same, you’ll provide the crucial link between sales and marketing and you’ll be able to:

- Translate brand & consumer strategy into compelling category strategy across the portfolio and ensure revenue targets are met
- Provide category and thought leadership, across the broader business
- Enjoy a blend of category and trade marketing
- Own and manage the trade activation calendar
- Generate in depth shopper, category and competitor understanding and knowledge
- Manage and develop a direct report

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will come from a Category background, possessing strong Nielsen or IRI experience. You could also be a commercially savvy marketer, who enjoys trade activation and wants to further develop category skills.
An FMCG background is essential, along with advanced excel skills, strong commercial acumen and the ability to bring real curiosity and passion to your work.
- Proven commercial experience
- People management experience is ideal, but not essential
