Working with a team of highly experienced employment lawyers you will together be a unified team to provide expert advice on a variety of workplace matters, including, but not limited to, collective bargaining, personal grievances, change management, performance management, workplace investigations and disciplinary procedures.

**To be successful in this role, you’ll need**:

- Law degree
- Preferred: 1-5 years of Post Qualification Experience, in an Employment Relations or other similar legal specialisation
- Expertise in delivering support to internal stakeholders to aid in their professional development on aspects relating to ER and IR to improve their capability
- Proven experience to confidently support and provide sound advice on change management, org designs, complex ER/IR issues - working in collaboration with internal and external parties, including navigating through complex workplace disputes and disciplinary processes
- Ability to pragmatically ensure the Stakeholders comply with company policies and employment legislation, including the identification and mitigation and/or minimisation of risks to the business
- Ability to build a collaborative relationship with your internal and external partners
