**The Role**:
**Responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Coordinator**:
- Ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Monitor and report on project activities, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
- Determine data-driven solutions and implement quality improvement plans.
- Perform reviews to ensure adherence with Martinus HSEQ processes and procedures.
- Provide construction teams and management with quality planning and support.
- Conduct or assist with regulatory and quality training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain quality management documentation.
- Manage project non-conformances
- Manage QA handover documents
- Carry out project risk assessments prior to completing all job-related tasks.
- Take part in workplace and task hazard identification, risk assessments, and control
- Support, implement and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the identification and minimization of business risks and compliance.
- Actively participates in on-the-job learning and training opportunities to develop own personal skills and career as well as to ensure all licences/certifications are valid.
**The Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a similar discipline
- QA in Construction Training
- Current Full Driver’s Licence
- 5+ years experience in a quality role within a construction environment
- Rail or civil experience advantageous
