We are seeking a Foreman to join our Fulton Hogan team based in Ranui, Auckland. We specialise in infrastructure construction, based around reinforced concrete. We are currently delivering work ranging from Bridges and Wharves to Water Treatment Plants and Storage Tanks and Pipelines.

In this role, you’ll see yourself responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of your structures crew on civil projects; developing the staff within the crew; engaging with staff and clients on a daily basis and complying with FH H&S policies on all aspects of work.

Foremen need to have experience running a team effectively in day-to-day activities, heavy construction knowledge, bridge building experience and water treatments plants would be a bonus.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Min 5 years’ experience in foreman/supervisory role
- BCITO or equivalent Trade qualified
- Comprehensive background in Heavy Civil concrete structures
- WTR endorsement and full class 1 license
- At least 3 years' experience in heavy civil and structural areas including bridge building, retaining walls, piling, civil structures or commercial building utilising concrete, precast and structural steel
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- A positive contribution to the team culture will a focus on continual improvement
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Solid leadership and time management abilities
