SH1 Papakura to Drury Stage 1B (Stage 1B) is part of a staged upgrade to improve SH1 and adjacent multi modal travel reliability, access, and safety. Stage 1B ties into Stage1A, NIMT Bridges, and completes a combined 6km of three laned SH1 in both directions, six new motorway bridges and multiple interfacing local roads, over motorway bridges, Shared User Paths (SUPs) and upgraded utilities.

You will be busy managing the day-to-day activities of your crew on civil projects; developing the staff within the crew; engaging with staff and clients on a daily basis and complying with FH H&S policies on all aspects of work.

Foremen need to have experience running a team effectively in day-to-day activities, heavy construction knowledge, EW, roading and drainage.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Min 5 years’ experience in foreman/supervisory role
- BCITO or equivalent Trade qualified
- Comprehensive background in General Civil works
- WTR endorsement and full class 1 license, class 2 (preferred)
- At least 3 years' experience in general civil, EW, roading and drainage.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- A positive contribution to the team culture will a focus on continual improvement
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Demonstrated people leadership and time management abilities
