**Network Support and Systems Technician Internship at CyberCom Hospitality Solutions Ltd**

We are looking for a intern to join our small, friendly and dedicated team in the Auckland CBD. This will be for a period of 4 months and will be an unpaid (voluntary) position. There is flexibility of hours to work in with your schedule - if you are studying, for example.

CyberCom is a rapidly growing specialist internet service provider. Our customers include hotels, motels, hostels, cafés, restaurants and bars throughout New Zealand. We also provide cloud-based marketing solutions to businesses throughout the globe.

Tasks will include:

- Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining and administrating new and upgraded networks, servers and workstations.
- Provide on-site and remote support to customers regarding network issues
- Diagnose and solve wireless network performance issues
- Provide network and internet solutions for clients by installing and configuring routers, virtualization technology, firewalls, managed switches, wireless access points.
- Keep site deployment, user passwords, security and inventory documentation up to date.
- Complement the sales process with maintaining client relationships. Ensure good relationships with clients.

Contract length: 4 months

Expected hours: 14 - 21 per week
