**Internship Programme - Legal**

The purpose of this internship is to ensure that 2degrees' purpose of Fighting for Fair is reaching talented young law students. You would work in an incredibly supportive, high performing legal team with experience in a variety of practice areas. The work would have a Privacy Act focus but may also cover everything from consumer law, statutory interpretation, legal research and risk management and everything in between.

Our Internship Programme will run from 18th November 2024 through to 14th February 2025.

**Here's what you'll get exposure to with us**:

- Support advising on personal information and government agency requests
- Critically evaluate new initiatives through a privacy lens
- Support the preparation of clear guidelines and Privacy Impact Assessments
- Navigate diverse privacy matters while balancing competing considerations
- Support advising on an advertising campaign and navigating contractual, IP or property matters
- Attend internal or external meetings with parties we do business with
- Carry out research to help guide the business
- Encounter opportunities for professional and personal growth - all while you are developing new networks and friendships
