Ko tōu ake mahi - What You'll Do
Our Senior Recruitment Advisors work closely with their business groups to provide best practice recruitment advice, solutions and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders.
In this role you will be engaging with hiring managers to build recruitment plans, strategise their approach to resourcing and support them through the end-to-end recruitment process. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by elevating our recruitment processes and enhancing capability by providing invaluable coaching and support, ensuring our managers are well equipped to attract and select top talent.
The recruitment landscape is rapidly changing, and we need someone flexible who can seamlessly tackle challenges as they arise. Your ability to read the room and adjust accordingly will be key
