**About the role**:
Reporting to the Branch Manager Potters/CSR are looking for a Sales Support Officer to be a vital part of our Wellington team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensuring customer satisfaction targets for on time delivery, quality, quantity, and service are met
- Provide back up and sales support to clients at the counter, over the phone and by various other media
- Deliver support to Account Managers where necessary to ensure all sales are successfully completed
- Co-ordinate and manage the powder coating process from order placement, through to delivery
- Provide technical support to the sales team via attained detailed product knowledge
- Recognise and build relationships with key personnel within client companies
- Communicate with customers regarding transport and delivery issuesEnsure all customers quality and service complaints are fully investigated and remedial measures put in place promptly

**About you**:

- SAP experience desirable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport and work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Trade / Commercial Building experience desired
