As our Data Import Specialist, you'll help our activated customers get their data imported into the critical areas of the Timely & SalonBiz platform that will empower them to be successful.
Our team has built a bunch of great tools, in PowerShell, Python, and SQL, we use to import data, but there’s often much spreadsheet wrangling to do first. You don’t sweat at the prospect of tidying up a messy sheet to ensure we have clean, usable data.
You'll work with our customers to extract data from their existing systems by running reports, and executing SQL Scripts and including a Team Viewer session to retrieve files from a customer’s local machine. Following that you’ll transform their data using spreadsheets and our in-house tools. This includes tooling in SQL, Python and Docker. Finally, you'll be able to load the customer’s data into Timely and SalonBiz and they'll be ready to roll.
This role is suitable for a recent graduate.
We’d love to hear from you if you have- Excellent spreadsheet skills- A high attention to detail- Experience with SQL - either T-SQL or PL-SQL- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Sharepoint- Experience with Power Shell Scripts- Understanding of Python, Java or Docker a plus
