**Casual Positions Available**

We are on the hunt for capable, customer focused individuals who will provide support to our 24/7 Service Hub team.

Your duties will include:

- Frontline service desk and customer support
- Ticket logging and management
- Monitory and responding to alarms
- Customer Relationship Management
- Problem solving

Skills and Experience you will bring:

- Strong customer service skills
- Have an eye for detail and the ability to follow processes
- An ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple demands and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, patient, and able to express empathy
- Experience working in a Customer Service or Service Desk environment beneficial but not essential

Our Service Hub is a 24/7 shift environment so we are looking for people who are flexible with their availability to support covering shifts, whenever needed.
