We are looking for two part-time permanent Customer Service Representatives to join the team. Here at Orion, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, so this is all about you We will provide you with extensive training, so you are well equipped and set up to handle incoming work requests from customers.

Roles range from 24 hours to 32 hours per week.

It is essential you are committed and able to work a variety of shifts, these include overnights, afterhours, weekend and day shifts. These can be solo shifts so you will need to be confident, communicative, and committed to providing the best in customer service.

**The role**
- Manage all incoming calls to Orion
- Log network faults and answer customer queries regarding power issues across a variety of platforms
- Assist Network Controllers and Field Operators
- Liaise with customers on behalf of the business
- Monitor Security cameras and alarms over various sites and take appropriate action when required
- Process incoming work requests from external and internal customers
- Reception Duties as and when needed
- Strive for continuous learning and improvement
