**About the Opportunity**:
National Group is currently seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our sales team. As the backbone of our sales operations, you'll provide crucial support to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will alleviate the sales team's workload and proactively undertake tasks and responsibilities. Your duties will include providing administrative and analytical support, managing CRM records, and coordinating with sales and operations teams.
- Track opportunity statuses and participate in sales team strategies.
- Manage the sales team's Inbox and provide administrative and analytical support.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and project-specific materials for clients.
- Facilitate job handovers from Sales to Operations and manage customer accounts.
- Review processes and tasks for improvement.

**What You Will Bring to the Role**:

- Proven experience as a dedicated administrator or coordinator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level proficiency with MS Office packages.
- Sales or CRM systems experience would be advantageous.
- Sound judgment and a sales-focused mindset.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer care skills.
