In this role you will manage a portfolio of retail accounts to deliver market share growth aligned with the retail channel strategy across your territory. This includes negotiating and executing store level joint business plans mainly with franchise supermarkets under the Foodstuffs co-operative. You will also partner with your local branches of our Distribution Partners to drive, via training, the implement of business plans and other Red Bull initiatives and track the associated performance.

**Distribution Partner (DP) Branch Management**:
You will coordinate meetings with DP branch managers and reps within your area/region where you will explain and implement Red Bull business strategies and initiatives

You will set up communication processes with DP management and reps to ensure proper alignment and understanding of strategies and goals

Through training, sharing information and auditing you will ensure your DP's fully understand and execute Red Bull merchandising standards consistent with Red Bull DP guidelines

You will deliver sales training and coaching to DP’s sales reps to ensure clear understanding of merchandising standards (i.e., Product flow, SKU priorities by channel, display merchandising, pricing, etc

**Drive market share growth in Retail**:
Using your analytical skills you will develop (using data and insights) and then negotiate and implement Joint Business Plans that deliver a high rate of return on investment for the retail stores within your territory

You will negotiate and implement the executional KPI’s as aligned with your manager to ensure WvC, Distribution and PSR targets are met

You will plan and communicate to our merchandising agency the relevant point of sale for your customers, matching Red Bull's promotional and trade marketing calendar

You will successfully negotiate the launch plans of new products as appropriate to your customers

You will utilize and Communicate POS through our merchandising agency. You will also work with our Trade Marketing to issue on-going updates against allocation, as well as track associated budgets/COOP

**Manage all relevant stakeholder relationships**:
You will establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders (both internally and externally)

You will conduct regular reviews with key stakeholders including Third Party Merchandisers, Key Account Managers, Distribution Partner Managers

You will optimise all aspects of your contact matrix to drive availability and maximise our perfect store pillars

Demonstrate the success & added value of joint relationships to expand on an army of advocates

**Drive market share growth in Multiple Managed Operating (MMO) groups**:
You will manage multiple operating groups in your region dealing with the key decision makers to achieve maximum PSR across their portfolio of stores

You will leverage joint business plans and local terms to achieve PSR objectives

**Analyze Relevant Data and Share Actionable Insights to Enhance Your Sell**:
You will analyze category and shopper data to identify relevant insights for your customers. Combine your insights with Red Bull's global insights to sell in mutually beneficial category growth initiatives

You will be able to adjust your communication style by knowing your audience to ensure successful delivery of complex information and reporting

You will maintain strong working knowledge of all Red Bull systems and data sources

You will develop knowledge of key account systems and how they relate to Red Bull

You will proactively use Out-of-Stock reports to ensure appropriate merchandising personnel is engaged

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Tertiary level degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, Marketing, etc.
- Minimum 3 years territory management within FMCG (beverage category is preferred)
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
- Excellent at developing quick rapport and building long term relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent negotiator and influencer
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze, interpret and manage sales data
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training/coaching ability
- Current, Full, Clean NZ Drivers License is essential
- At all times you will present yourself as a Red Bull Brand Ambassador by acting in a diligent & professional manner in the marketplace in keeping with Red Bull core values.
- Please note: This role requires various executional activities that from time to time will occur outside of standard operating hours. This may include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
