**Role Responsibilities**
- Liaising with clients to prepare and crosscheck documentation
- Providing fast and accurate feedback to clients when required
- Receiving inquiries from clients, executing them and following them up
- Use coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule to meet rigorous and tight deadlines
- Improving the company’s visa processing cycle and daily activities

**Essential**
- MUST be fluent in **PORTUGUESE**
- Professionally competent in English
- High attention to detail and passion for correctness of data and details
- Fast learner
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of urgency
- Adaptability and flexibility to overcome changes and handle ambiguity
- Self-management and understanding of personal responsibilities and accountabilities
