Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Facilitating and maintaining the documentation and learning management systems.
- Management of controlled documents including; product packaging records.
- Managing the learning management system for local training, including curricular roles.
- Coordinate and undertake training functions related to access to documentation systems. Supporting the facilitation of Good Manufacturing Practices related training materials.
- Providing administration support for Environmental Health & Safety activities and maintenance of stationery and consumables.
The minimum skills and qualifications required for this role are:
- Min 2 years’ experience in clerical work, including database management is preferred.
- Experience working with training materials is highly desirable.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite products.
- Strong attention to detail skills and ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Able to learn and share knowledge and take accountability for personal performance.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand (NZ Citizen or appropriate Visa holder.
