**About the role**

The Works Coordinator has a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Transmission work programme through effective logistics, procurement and administration support.

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**
- Experience in administration ideally with a qualification in business admin
- Experience with Microsoft site of products, project scheduling tools (eg MS Project or similar) and financial systems (JDE or similar)
- Good understanding of work methodologies and quality processes
- Proven experience liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders and building strong productive relationships at all levels
- Ability to prepare concise relevant reports
- Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate in a busy and changing environment
- Clearly communicates both orally and in writing
- A self-starter able to take initiative and takes ownership with a willingness to learn, develop and grow your skills and capabilities.
