The AA exists to provide excellent service, guidance and value to our 1.8 million Members - this is the heart of the AA and defines everything we do.

**The role**

You will be the face of the AA, offering a customer centric approach to those that visit our AA Centre. We are looking for a passionate person with a track record in achieving quality service with great customer outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Customer Sales Consultant you will be trained to sell the AA way and be involved in a variety of tasks, most importantly identifying customer needs to provide the right AA products, this also includes processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions.

The role is full-time worked Monday-Friday.

**What do I need to succeed?**
- You must be able to learn quickly
- A track record in achieving quality service
- Sales experience and the ability to achieve KPI's
- Have great communication skills
- Enjoy dealing with customers
- You will be part of a team, so collaboration is an important part of the role.
