- Collaborate to help enable a more sustainable energy future for Aotearoa

Transpower is the commercially focused and regulated State-Owned Enterprise that owns and operates the National Grid. At the very heart of the energy sector, we transport electricity from where it is generated to large electricity users and the distribution companies who deliver it to homes and businesses nationwide.

Our core purpose is to empower the energy future for New Zealand - a future that delivers a net-zero carbon economy and a reliable and secure electricity system.

**About the team**

This is a varied, high visibility role, in a busy operational environment, so we are looking for someone with flexible approach who is happy working in our Ōtara office, five days a week from 8.30-4.30pm.

Our sector is fascinating and essential to daily life in Aotearoa. You will learn about this, whilst working with and supporting a diverse and caring group of people. We offer excellent benefits, including onsite parking and insurances. You can check them out here Staff benefits | Transpower
