Site Manager

**About the Role**
**In this role you will**:
- Be the first point of contact on site for clients, subcontractors and local bodies/community
- Perform site inductions, toolbox talks and safety inspections
- Develop project plans, schedules, scope of works and quality management plans
- Develop and maintain risk and issues register for site
- Prepare and check site reports, designs and drawings
- Supervise contracted staff and assigned work packages to support overall construction
- Undertake project costs analysis and monitor progress against budget and forecast
- Manage logistics of personnel and materials
**About you**:
- Technical trade qualification
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the construction industry
- Minimum requirement of basic computer skills
