As a Graduate Civil Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in project teams, supporting the design, construction, and management of various civil engineering projects. You will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers to gain hands-on experience in site operations, quality assurance, and client communication. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site inspections, surveys, and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop engineering solutions and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet project objectives.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to maintain effective communication and project coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Full driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
