Our Strategy & Investment team plays a vital role in shaping our Te Whatu Ora strategies for Data and Digital. We work closely with our partners to create and maintain our strategy and roadmaps, ensuring that our priorities are met, and the vision comes to life.

Support the Strategic Solutions Team (Strategy and Investment) to ensure technology strategy and roadmaps are defined, and that solution delivery to implement the roadmaps is scoped, designed, and planned to underpin delivery success. Includes, in collaboration with other roles:

- Supports prioritised discovery work for strategic roadmap delivery
- Development of our technology delivery roadmaps
- Architecture, design and implementation plans for prioritised and funded projects are defined
- Technical assurance of strategic delivery initiatives
- Technology leadership for strategy development.

In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our Strategic Solutions Team, nestled within our dynamic Strategy and Investment department. Your mission? To craft digital strategies and roadmaps that are not just plans, but pathways to success. You'll be the architect behind the scenes, ensuring that our solutions are not only scoped and designed with precision but also aligned with our organisation's present and future needs.

But that's not all. As a technical guru, you'll provide assurance for our strategic delivery initiatives and lead the charge in shaping our technology landscape. Your insights will guide our strategy development, steering us toward a future where technology isn't just a tool but a transformative force.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- University degree in the field of computer science or equivalent discipline and/or appropriate level of experience.
- Certification in TOGAF or a recognised enterprise architecture framework and methodology.
- 10 years plus proven New Zealand digital health experiences
- Proven history of design and delivery of complex initiatives
- Proven experience in successfully developing and maintaining a structured approach to managing a wide range of stakeholder and professional relationships both internally and externally
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills coupled with strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Experience within multi-faceted or complex environments with multiple stakeholder interests and expectations
- Breadth of knowledge across a range of IT areas (e.g. service delivery, operations, design & architecture, requirements gathering, customer engagement)
- Demonstrated ability in developing and maintaining successfully adopted technology-base strategies, roadmaps and outcome base solutions/services.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight timeframes and manage competing priorities while remaining resilient under pressure.
