This role involves designing and implementing complex integration, operations, or performance architectures while actively sharing your expertise to guide and empower others.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver detailed SDM core network solution designs and architectures, including technical risk evaluations for end-to-end solutions.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and create high- and low-level designs, call flows, test and migration strategies, and support acceptance and test execution activities.
  • Lead technical implementation during project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and integration.
  • Partner with the Sales team on solution design, effort estimation, scope definition, and contract discussions to ensure value alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, project teams, and third-party vendors, to align customer needs with available solutions.
  • Serve as the key customer interface for solution design validation and adaptation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentorship to colleagues and teams to foster continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications
  • Engineering or equivalent degree with 10+ years' practical experience in SDM solution design and migration (SDL, PGW, HLR, HSS, NDS, IMS Nodes, EIR, MNP) across 3G, 4G, 5G, cloud, and enterprise environments.
  • Good understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE network architectures, call flows, and international standards, including 3GPP and ETSI.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud technologies (VNF, CNF) and related platforms such as CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM, VMware, or OpenStack.

It would be nice if you had:

  • Working experience with Unix/Linux environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex technical programs and solutions.
  • Networking troubleshooting experience using tools like Wireshark.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, PERL, Python, or Ansible) as an added advantage.
