**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. Right now, we are looking for a Production Manager Wetmix to join our busy manufacturing team based in Dunsandel.
- Engaging and leading the team to ensure that production, quality, people, health and safety, and commercial targets are met across the Wetmix operation.
- ‘Setting the standard’ and leading systemic problem solving
- Strong coaching skills, continuing to improve capability and knowledge within the team
- Partnering with wider stakeholder groups to ensure growth is balanced alongside commercial deliverables

To be successful in this role, you should have robust knowledge and experience relating to the manufacture of powdered nutritional products designed for sensitive populations. This includes an understanding of regulatory requirements and demonstrated experience in aligning manufacturing processes to meet regulatory and customer standards.

You will be joining a supportive manufacturing leadership team and will enjoy the autonomy and support to continue building a world class culture.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary degree, and minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a dairy manufacturing environment

**Skills & Experience**
- A background leading dairy processing teams, with preference for liquid milk batching or spray drying teams.
- At least 5 years of proven performance in leading, developing, and engaging teams
- Proven understanding of dairy manufacturing processes and systems
- Proven knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP systems
- Maintaining a continuous process improvement culture, with knowledge of Integrated Work Systems (IWS) an advantage
- Demonstrated experience to effectively manage operational budgets and capital project implementation
- Experience managing complex change
