**Mō tēnei mahi | About this job**

Provide administrative assistance and support to the Curriculum and Resource Development team.

As a Kaiwhakarite Matua - Senior Administrator, you will:

- Establish and maintain administration systems and processes within the Tokokauneke office
- Provide quality administration support and assistance within Tokokauneke office
- Undertake financial administration and procurement tasks and submit invoices as required
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders & kaimahi
- Work collaboratively with all uepū to achieve educational success

**Mōu | About you**

We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Diploma in Business Administration or related qualification
- Experience in a lead administrator role
- Prepared to increase knowledge, understanding and everyday use of te reo and āhuatanga Māori and support other kaimahi in the same endeavour
- Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) will be key.
