**About this job**

A critical role for DB that reports directly to our Finance Director, we’re looking for a self-starter who understands the complexities, challenges and opportunities in FMCG, who wants true ownership of end-to-end financial reporting functions and the autonomy to make and influence decisions. It’s a role that will give you broad oversight as all our finance functions are in-house, enabling us to provide key insights to local stakeholders and regional/global HEINEKEN teams.

As Reporting & Accounting Manager, you’ll achieve results through others, requiring all the key ingredients of a trusted manager and inspiring leader. There’s opportunity and desire for change in our ways of working, so if you have a passion for continuous improvement and the communication and influencing skills to get change across the line, you’ve found your ideal role
