**The Company**

My client operates within a very specialised are of the construction industry. They have a very reputable name and are known for superior quality and state of the art projects which they lead or assist in frequently. Due to a major project along with extensive growth, they are looking to take on a proactive Accounts Payables Officer who can come on to take ownership of the function and assist with various tasks across the finance team.

**The Role**

You will report directly into the Finance Manager in this sole-charge Accounts Payables position, whilst working in a wider team of 5.

You will get the chance to really make this role your own whilst owning the full Payables function in this dynamic environment where no two days will be the same.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Manually processing invoices in Dynamics 365
- Liaising with PO raisers to ensure PO's are amended as necessary to be matched to invoices when necessary
- Processing payments to suppliers on 20th of every month and weekly, plus any ad hoc payment runs as requested
- Issue remittance advices after each pay run
- Managing payment queries from suppliers
- Preparation of Trade Creditor reconciliations to supplier statements on a monthly basis
- Full ownership & responsibility of the end to end AP process

**Skills & Experience**

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payables officer who enjoys working autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will have proven experience in the full function and have previously worked with purchase orders.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and rapport across the business. You will be highly organised and capable of multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines.
