- Once in a lifetime role to work with a **passionate** sales team to support **exciting product launch**
Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for the achievement of individual sales targets and for their contribution to national sales targets for promoted products. You will work closely with your manager and team to develop the most effective sales campaign for their territory. The primary objective is to promote our Company’s products and thus contribute to the health and well-being of all New Zealanders.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Develop and deliver territory plans and diary management to deliver on a consistent number of quality customer interactions via regular calls (virtual and face-to-face) with key practices across the territory
- Plan carefully to ensure customers are followed up or revisited to maintain forward momentum on practice activity.
- Develop an understanding of the ever-changing New Zealand Primary Care environment and how it impacts on the dynamics within individual practices and retail pharmacies.
- Build robust internal and external relationships.
- Utilise all technology and resources to emphasize key points in interactions.
- Maintain a high level of communication within the internal sales team.
- Proactively seeks information from the field and communicates this internally in a positive and co-operative way.
- Gives timely feedback on requests from senior management, sales and product managers, and teammates.
- Communicate with a diverse range of health care providers by creatively adapting selling messages and style as appropriate for both the Healthcare Professional and their patient population
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant legislation, codes and always operates to the highest ethical standard.
- Comply with all Company requirements regarding adverse event reporting.
- Complies with all business needs such as logging calls, completing expenses on time etc
**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- A degree qualification or equivalent
- Experience working in Sales with a demonstrated history of sales / product launch success
- Exposure working in primary care organisation, Hospital/Specialist settings or training/management experience in pharmacy, hospital or Public Health environments would be considered
- A passion for face to face sales
- Display high levels of flexibility, resilience, initiative and innovation
- Be able to analyse metrics to assess progress against objectives
- Be agile in promotion of product indications to customer groups as business evolves
- Be a confident communicator and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and personal presence
- Be a collaborative team player
- Willingness to do some travel (local and regional)
