Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a Senior Sales Representative, you are responsible for identifying and engaging with key national and local stakeholders within New Zealand’s COVID test and treat framework. You will also have the responsibly for achieving sales targets within a small Primary Care Territory. Along with other managers, you will take a leadership role in the team to help develop and implement the most effective sales campaign to support our primary objective to promote our Company’s products & contribute to the health and well-being of all New Zealanders.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Develop and deliver territory plans and diary management to deliver on a consistent number of quality customer interactions via regular calls (virtual and face-to-face) with key practices across the territory
- Plan carefully to ensure customers are followed up or revisited to maintain forward momentum on practice activity.
- Develop an understanding of the ever-changing New Zealand Primary Care environment and how it impacts on the dynamics within individual practices and retail pharmacies.
- Work in conjunction with team members to help formulate and implement our Company’s response to ensure the best and most equitable access to our medicines
- Build robust internal and external relationship with relevant stakeholders and effectively engage with them
- Utilise technology and various marketing resources to emphasize key points in interactions.
- Maintain a high level of communication within the internal sales team and act as a mentor to other team members and transition local relationships to them as appropriate
- Proactively seek information from the field and communicates this internally in a positive and co-operative way.
- Give timely feedback on requests from senior management, sales and product managers, and teammates.
- Takes an active leadership role in team or company meetings.
- Communicate with a diverse range of health care providers by creatively adapt selling messages and style as appropriate for both the Healthcare Professional and their patient population
- Complies with all business needs such as logging calls, completing expenses on time etc

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- A degree qualification or equivalent
- Strong working experience in Key Account Management &/or Sales with a demonstrated history of key account management / sales / product launch success
- Exposure working in primary care organisation, Hospital/Specialist settings or training/management experience in pharmacy, hospital or Public Health environments would be considered
- A passion for face to face sales
- Display high levels of flexibility, resilience, initiative and innovation
- Be able to analyse metrics to assess progress against objectives
- Be agile in promotion of product indications to customer groups as business evolves
- Be a confident communicator and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and personal presence
- Be a collaborative team player
- Willingness to do travel (local and regional)
