**This role can be based in Christchurch, Tauranga, Queenstown or Invercargill.**

**Role Summary**
- Design dynamic online training modules using multimedia.
- Collaborate with industry experts and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences.
- You’ll be joining a collaborative and innovative team.Contribute to a service line that’s rapidly growing and evolving.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Create, design, and edit training modules using text, videos, and simulations.
- Lead engaging, in-person training sessions with diverse client teams.Manage multiple content projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

**Let’s talk about you**
You’re someone who is passionate about content creation, thrives in a collaborative environment, and loves solving complex learning challenges. You have:

- Experience in developing e-learning or training modules.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with multimedia tools and content development platforms.Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
