**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**
Do you have a way with words and a passion for crafting compelling digital content? As the Web Content Writer at UC, you'll play a key role in shaping the online experience for students and stakeholders by creating engaging, informative, and search-optimised content. From writing and refreshing website copy to enhancing user engagement through strategic content updates, you'll ensure UC's digital presence is dynamic, relevant, and impactful. Collaborating with marketing, SEO, and web teams, you'll help drive visibility, accessibility, and audience connection.
**Mōu | Who You Are**
You will have 3+ years proven experience as a web content writer, copywriter, or similar role, and hold a Bachelor's Degree with Honours (NZQA Level 8), as well as have:
- Strong portfolio of writing samples, including web content and landing pages.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, GTM, Lucky Orange etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with website management tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and formatting.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), familiarity with AEM extremely beneficial.
