Rosefern Homes build functional, desirable homes in carefully selected locations across Christchurch. We are a small team but are looking to grow with likeminded, enthusiastic team players.

**About the role**:
Your responsibilities will include creating and managing social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll play a vital role in the entire process—planning, development, editing, and management of content collaborating with the directors and operations team.

Alongside this, you'll monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, analyse performance metrics, and generate reports on social media results. You will also help develop and implement social media strategies and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

**What we are looking for**:

- A team player committed to working within a great group of professionals
- Having a background or strong interest in home design and/or residential construction.
- A work ethic that keeps pace in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Expertise in social media platforms, including creating engaging social posts, reporting, analysis, while staying on top of trends particularly in the new home building industry.
- Ability to create visually compelling content, especially video and graphics, tailored for social media.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (or similar tools) for creating high-quality visuals and social media content.
