Findex has an exciting opportunity for a Content Developer to join our HR & HS Solutions team in New Zealand on a permanent full-time basis.

Join our team and help craft simulation training modules tailored to meet the learning needs of diverse industries. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and multimedia professionals to bring educational content to life, ensuring learners stay engaged and informed.

This role can be based in Christchurch, Tauranga, Queenstown or Invercargill.

Role Summary

  • Design dynamic online training modules using multimedia.
  • Collaborate with industry experts and client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences.
  • You'll be joining a collaborative and innovative team.
    Contribute to a service line that's rapidly growing and evolving.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Create, design, and edit training modules using text, videos, and simulations.
  • Work with subject matter experts to refine and finalise content.
  • Lead engaging, in-person training sessions with diverse client teams.
    Manage multiple content projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Let's talk about you

You're someone who is passionate about content creation, thrives in a collaborative environment, and loves solving complex learning challenges. You have:

  • Experience in developing e-learning or training modules.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with multimedia tools and content development platforms.
    Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
