For the first time in over a decade, we have an exciting opportunity for an experience Café Manager to lead, inspire and motivate our Ponsonby and Freemans Bay Café Teams.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated in providing a fantastic experience across our Auckland Cafés.
Our Cafés are about sharing the Allpress brand experience with our coffee drinkers by delivering delicious espresso and offering exceptional customer service for anyone who walks through the door. Along with this, our Roastery Café offers a simple, wholesome, and tasty menu, which has been designed to compliment our coffee offering.
This is a full-time permanent position Monday - Friday each week.
The person for this role will:
Have demonstrated strong leadership in developing, supporting and motivating a café team.
Be passionate about exceptional customer service and great coffee.
Manage the operational (rosters) and financial aspects of Caffetteria.
Be a natural communicator and genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers and the people around them.
Understand the importance of brand and what contributes to our “brand experience”.
Be self-motivated, directed and detail oriented.
Work closely with our marketing team as it is as much about brand as it is about managing our cafés, so an interest in brand and marketing is required.
