JUCY Rentals has an exciting new opportunity in our Christchurch Branch We are looking for a Motorhome & Campervan Repairer / Technician to carry out domestic repairs, maintenance and quality checks on our motorhomes and campers to ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard and in perfect working order so our customers can live out their travelling dreams Our Domestic Technicians (JUCY Slang for Motorhome & Campervan Repair Technicians) are an important cog in the wheel for our JUCY Christchurch Branch and we have a couple of spots available for the right hard-working individuals.

**What you'll be doing?**
- Carrying out domestic repairs and maintenance to cars, campers and motorhomes.
- Conducting pre-hire vehicle basic safety inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard and in a roadworthy condition (training provided)
- Stripping wrecks
- Domestic Technicians will work in environments with high volumes of customers so must be friendly, welcoming, and helpful towards customers.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Experience with domestic repairs and maintenance on motorhomes & campervans
- Good general mechanical knowledge
- Experience using a variety of tools
- Impeccable attention to detail and pride in your work
- Proactive person and a natural problem solver
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic workplace and remain calm under pressure
- A full New Zealand driver’s licence
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Rental car, campervan and motorhome experience preferred (but not essential)
- A desire for a hands-on role in the Tourism or Rental Vehicle Industry
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety
- Applicants must have an applicable working visa or the right to work in New Zealand
