**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Contracts Coordinator is a key member of the Supply and Install team and is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of information to and from the department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate roofing work and contractors
- Fostering relationships with new and existing clients by providing excellent advice, service and communication
- Prioritise work and liaising outcomes both internally and externally
- Daily interaction with roofing contractors to understand job progress and proactively manage issues
- Produce material orders for supply and fix contracts
- Ensure Contractor Health and Safety
- Invoicing of jobs and ensure completed projects are updated

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Construction background ideal, but not essential
- Possess exceptional computer literacy
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
