This excellent opportunity is based in our Nelson office to work with a diverse team of civil engineers and working closely with our other national staff over a wide variety of disciplines - we have a strong and varied forward workload of infrastructure projects with local and national clients for you to sink your teeth into

**About you**
- Minimum BE (or equivalent)
- 4+ years' experience in professional engineering
- Demonstrated ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- CPEng, International equivalent or working towards chartership
- Strong technical skills including use of 12D design and CAD capability
- Experience in some or all of the following software HEC-RAS, HEC - HMS, flood modelling software, HIRDs, Flowmaster, MS Project
- Some Capability in design of three waters, pavements and earthworks
- Experience in report writing, design coordination, preparation of drawings, specifications, and construction contracts
- Site experience including inspection
- Some Project management experience, including preparation of professional contracts, invoicing, and programmes
- Some Experience of client engagement and delivery
