**Qualifications** Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, the below would be advantageous**:

- Current LCQ certificate (preferred)
- Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends
- Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions
- Prior Food and Beverage experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
