We are looking for a talented and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor wishing to join our talented Banquets team here at Pullman Auckland. Do you have a genuine passion for delivering wonderful hospitality experience to our guest? Are you passionate about all things Food & Beverage? If so, look no further

**As a F&B Supervisor, your main responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing the operations of Banquets, conference and event functions
- Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests
- Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 Star service standards.

**Qualifications** REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE**
- Be amazing - have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality
- Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends
- Show initiative - you are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box.

**Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you can also**:

- Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests
- Current General Manager's certificate
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Hold a current Fire Warden Certificate
- Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions
- Prior Food and Beverage supervisory experience in a 5 star hotel environment
- Exceptional grooming and articulate in communication.
