We are looking for a motivated Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our friendly Service Department at our PB Tech retail store in Hornby Tasks & Responsibilities: - Carry out the diagnosing/repairing of all types of mobile phones. - Ability to achieve daily and monthly repair targets and volumes. - Ability to complete repairs to the required standard within the designated time frame. - Accurately document repairs/complete job sheets and various internal/external communications. - General duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment. - Technical support to other team members for intractable problems.
