We are looking for a well-organized person to run, maintain, and take reservations for our space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, controlling, and managing the operations of the venue in the most efficient way possible.
- Dealing with suppliers and ensure adequate supplies of stock are always maintained.
- Efficiently handling the Bar and Restaurant operations.
- Efficiently handling the business finance and budgeting.
- Making sure all licensing council regulations are followed in the business.
- Planning, booking and supervising sporting, gaming, and entertainment activities
- Developing and maintaining the professional and cooperative relationship with the kitchen staff, wait staff, and liquor dispensing
- staff to ensure overall business runs smoothly.
- Promoting and advertising the business using the effective mediums.
- Ensuring the dining area and bar facilities are clean, functional, hygienic and tidy at all the times the premises are open for business
- and the kitchen staff are doing a good job in the food preparation area and meeting all health and hygiene requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulationsPrepare daily, weekly and monthly reports about the sales and stockings.
- Making sure security arrangements at all the time are properly maintained.
- Closely observing liquor, gaming, health laws and regulations and taking prompt steps towards the implementation.
- Participating in arranging the member subscriptions.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work flexible shifts (evenings and weekends included)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant work experience is Highly appreciated

**Minimum 30 hours Guaranteed**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
